London-based keyboardist and producer Claudio Corona releases his second single ‘Glamourpuss’ with the acclaimed Vintage League Music label. The single features the multi-instrumentalist and producer Alan Evans, best known as co-founder and drummer of soul funk legends Soulive.

‘Glamourpuss’ is the second single from the album ‘Imagination Unlimited’ that will be released in May 2024. The single is written, arranged and mixed by Claudio Corona in his studio Retrofonica.

It is an exquisite in the pocket groove that transports the listener from late 70s funk vibes to cinematic groove ambiences. Evans’ drumming and a pumping bass line set up a relentless funky force. Claudio’s addition of monophonic synths, on top of his fleet of vintage keys, brings echoes of Stevie Wonder’s sound while guitar motifs and rhythms take the tune into a cinematic groove journey.

Claudio Corona on Hammond Organ, Fender Rhodes, Clavinet, bass, mono synthesizer and sound effects
Alan Evans on drums
Michele Taras and Davide Sanna on electric guitar
